Jaisohn Home Care

Established in 2009, Jaisohn Home Care provides non-medical services to vulnerable Korean/Chinese American seniors in the community who are homebound due to old age, sickness, accident, mental disability, Alzheimer’s and/or dementia. Our services make it possible for the seniors to stay in their own homes independently with dignity, while being cared for by trained caregivers who possess a full understanding of cultural and language barriers. Each of our caregivers go through a careful interview, screening process and training before they work with any clients and our registered nurses consult with the client, their families, and their physicians to formulate an individualized care plan before starting care. Many of our caregivers have been with us for multiple years and strive for excellence.
