receives Grant from the VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn

Jaisohn Home Health Care was awarded a 2017 Fall Capacity-Building Grant of $5,000.00 from the VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn, according to Cornelia Lavong, Executive Director.
The grant will be used for the Jaisohn Home Health Care Technology Project to improve the quality of Health Care.
The grant supports Jaisohn Home Health Care in meeting its mission.
Jaisohn Home Health Care is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) licensed home health care agency in the State of Pennsylvania. Jaisohn Home Health Care is committed to delivering the highest quality, patient driven skilled home health care services, provided by well trained and competent nurse-supervised staff committed to working closely with patient, family, physician and supportive others in a comprehensive and coordinated team approach.
