Full job description:
The Jaisohn Medical Center is seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners (full-time/Part-time) for our Philadelphia and Lansdale sites. As an NP/PA, you will work alongside other highly skilled professionals to provide the best quality of care to patients in a warm and inviting environment. While working in the medical center you will dedicate your practice to improving/monitoring the health of members of various underserved communities, especially the Asian American community.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited Physician Assistant
- Current PA License and national certification including NPI
or
- License from the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners
- Advanced Practice Nurse license from an accredited program or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
PA Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and gather medical information
- Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment
- Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home
- Document and update patient records
- Refer patient to a specialist as needed
NP Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional primary care
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues
- Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, which require a holistic view of health and a focus on thoughtful, accurate, and specific documentation.
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities and health departments, etc
- Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach
- Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans and treatments
- Participating in Health promotional activities at Jaisohn Center
- Conducting home visits as needed (Optional)
- Other duties, as assigned

Job Description:
The Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant (full-time/part-time) to join our accounting/finance team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience who are eager to begin their careers in accounting. As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting processes, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
- Internship or coursework in accounting is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (i.e., QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Summary
The clinical Director Oversees and directs all aspects of Jaisohn Home Health clinical operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance.
Job Scope
- Main responsibility is to lead the overall JHHC patient care program.
- Manage patient and personnel assignments and patient care and referrals.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with homecare agencies to improve the overall level of JHHC services.
- Ensure that patient needs are being assessed and develop individualized care plans.
- Utilizes data resources and coordinates team for scheduling and supervising staff relative to assignments and visits.
- Oversee clinical records and chart audits, and ensure medical records are current.
- Assist with recruiting and recommending the hiring of home health staff (Speech Therapist, Registered Nurse).
- Improving the efficiency of clinical staff and maintaining positive relationships.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing with 2 years in home health or community health field experience is required.
- Minimum one year in a supervisory or management role position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from multi-ethnic backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills & electronic documents.

The Jaisohn Medical Center is looking for an organized and hardworking Administrative Assistant who will perform clerical and administrative tasks and provide general office support. Responsibilities include assisting with patient-related activities such as receiving patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records in the EHR (Electronic Health Records) system. Additional duties include phone coverage, data entry, scanning, and record/file maintenance. The Administrative Assistant will work alongside an experienced team to create a positive and comfortable environment for patients. Candidates who excel in a busy environment and are passionate about organization and helping underserved communities are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, prefer associate degree or some college education
- Past experience in medical office or customer service is a plus but not required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and has the ability to multitask efficiently

Responsibilities:
- Greet, screen, schedule, and direct patients in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- Collect copayment and appropriate charges depending on the patient’s insurance coverage and past due balance on the DOS (Date of service).
- Help educate new patients on services, testing, and treatments offered at the center
- Prepare and organize test results to mail for the patient’s care
- Retrieve and process incoming medical records/images, scan, and ensure physician review is completed
- Ensure all reports, results, and other consult notes are collected prior to patients appointment
- Contact insurance company to get a recertification or reauthorization based on the physician’s order to get high-tech imaging such as CT, MRI, MRA, PAT Scan, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Comply with company policies and health regulations
- Travel to other offices for training or as needed/requested
- Must be ready to work at 9am
